FRAPS
Most regenerative agriculture and agricultural climate projects do not fail because agronomy is wrong, tools are insufficient, or targets are unclear.
They fail because projects enter execution before farm readiness and delivery risk are understood.
FRAPS (Farm Readiness & Performance Screening) is Prime GHG’s internal decision framework applied before MRV begins. FRAPS answers one question only:
Should this farm enter a regenerative or climate project now – and at what level of delivery risk?
FRAPS is not:
- a soil health score,
- a carbon calculator,
- an MRV tool,
- a performance ranking system.
It is a decision discipline applied before capital is committed and before claims are made.
FRAPS separates agronomic potential from operational, systemic, and human risk, allowing projects to be phased, prioritized, and scaled responsibly.
